Given the antiquity and uniqueness of the structure, we had lots of worries to work through about the design and installation. Shawn answered all of our questions and addressed all of the issues with skill and attention. The pre-contract communication was top notch. They gave us a fair price and a prompt install date, and they stuck to them both. Drake and his team did an amazing job with the installation and were a joy to work with. When we requested a post-installation tweak to one of the drip edges, Drake was back out within 24 hours and completely resolved the problem.
