St. John Paul's School needed a full exterior overhaul - and this wasn't a job where you could cut corners. A building like this needs systems that hold up long-term, look sharp, and don't require constant attention. That's exactly what we set out to deliver.

On the roof, we installed a Fibertite roofing system. Fibertite is a high-performance membrane that's built to handle serious weather and UV exposure. It's a trusted choice for commercial flat roofs because it doesn't just protect - it stays flexible and reliable for decades without degrading the way cheaper membranes do.

The architectural sheet metal work is where this one really stands out. We used Berridge metal wall panels in a warm bronze tone for the rooftop mechanical enclosures, giving the building a clean, finished look instead of the usual exposed equipment. The deep blue panels you see on the building facade are shop-fabricated ACM composite panels - cut and formed right in our shop for a precise, custom fit. That level of control over fabrication makes a real difference in how the final product looks and performs.

When roofing and sheet metal work together from the start, it shows. The transitions are tight, the details are clean, and nothing looks like an afterthought. That's the difference between a contractor who does one thing and a crew that handles the full scope.

This is the kind of work we take a lot of pride in. Schools are high-visibility buildings that need to perform for generations. Getting the details right isn't optional - it's the job.
